Visas are required for the citizens of Belarus, Ukraine and Russia.
In the end of 2007 Poland joined The Shengen territory. Within territory of this agreement there is no passport control. All the members of European Union belong to Shengen except for two: United Kingdom and Ireland

KRAKOW to ZAKOPANE 
 

From Krakow to Zakopane by Bus
The best way of getting from Krakow to Zakopane is by bus.
The distance between the two cities is approximately 100 km and the bus journey takes about 2 hours. 
Bus lines offer modern comfortable buses with air-conditioning.
The buses run regularly every hour or even more frequently from early morning till late evening.
The bus station in Krakow is located near the main train station Krakow Glowny.

From Krakow airport directly to Zakopane

2. By Taxi: take a taxi at the airport, this should cost approx. 95 Euro
 
From Krakow BALICE airport to Krakow Railway/Bus station
1. Take a Taxi: this should cost not more than 50 PLN (approx. 12 Euro)
2. Take a train (operates from September 2015): the train stops 70 meters from the airport terminal; it takes 18 minutes to Krakow Glowny (train/bus station); price 8 PLN (approx. 2 Euro) (from Balice Airport to Krakow: fist 05:16, last 00:11, twice per hour)

FROM WARSAW to KRAKOW
 Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is located approximately 10 km from the city centre and it is easily accessible by car, bus service or taxi.
Three bus lines provide transport service between F. Chopin airport and Warsaw railway station and the city centre:
·   From Frederic Chopin Airport to the main railway station and the city centre – bus no. 175;
·   From Frederic Chopin Airport to the main railway station by night – bus N32.
·   From the airport to the city centre bus no. 188;
