ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral Sessions will take place in Halls A and B, on the 2nd floor.
 
Speaker’s Ready Room
Speaker’s Ready Room for invited speakers and oral presenters is situated on the 2nd floor,
Gabinet 1 (room 309) and is available every day throughout the meeting hours.
 
The meeting computers in the session halls are being equipped with Windows and Office.
If using a Mcintosh, you should supply your own computer. Please remember to check your computer in the Speaker’s Ready Room as soon as you arrive and to check your computer in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the break, at least 2 hours before the start of your session.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE
All presenting authors, on one of their first slides MUST declare potential
or actual conflicts 
of interest regarding their current presentation.
Speakers are strongly urged to adhere strictly to the timetable and not overrun their allotted time.


POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be presented in Hall C, on the 1st floor.
 
Poster boards are 70 cm wide × 100 cm high (portrait B1 Size); posters must not exceed these dimensions. Posters may be attached only with the double-sided self-adhesive mounting gel tape provided by the organiser, available in the poster area.
 
Potential or actual conflicts of interest of all authors regarding the poster presentation
MUST be printed in the bottom of the poster.
Please ensure that your poster is displayed on the board corresponding to your poster number in the programme by 9:00 am on Sunday, 4th of October (posters can be displayed already on Saturday, 3rd of Oct). Posters will be displayed during the whole congress.
 
You should staff your poster:
ODD numbers on Sunday 4 October 2015, 16:30-17:00 (POSTER SESSION I)
EVEN numbers on Monday 5 October 2015, 10:00-10:30 (POSTER SESSION II).
Posters must be removed by 3 pm on Wednesday.
 
The organisers are not responsible for posters not removed by then.
 
GUIDANCE FOR CHAIRS
Please check the programme for sessions which you are chairing. If you are unable to chair the session you have been allocated, please contact the Congress Office.
We kindly ask the Chairs to ensure that the session proceeds according to schedule with presenters encouraged to keep to their allotted time, leaving time for questions after each talk.
